This lecture: On December 2, 2021, Aidan will conduct a lecture on the past, present, and future of the R2P norm. This lecture will describe how the norm developed, how R2P has been implemented in several case studies, and why the norm is more needed than ever for protecting human rights at home and abroad. We'll also discuss UN frameworks and NGOs. The discussion will be quite informal, so bring questions about all things R2P or UN!
